Appointments

New patients wishing to make an appointment should following these steps:

1. Obtain a written referral from you doctor/specialist;
2. Write your date of birth, email address and mobile phone number on the front page of that referral;
3. Take a photo of that page with your mobile phone and send the photo to 0437-577-537 (or you can fax it to 02-9012-0700, or scan it and email to appt@hillsimmunology.com.au)
